Our Enhanced Residential Group Homes offer a supportive living environment tailored for individuals requiring higher levels of care. These homes are staffed 24/7 by trained professionals, including Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), nurses, and behavioral specialists, ensuring comprehensive support at all times.

At Developmental Community Services (DCS), we are committed to providing supportive, community-based residential services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). To access these services, individuals must meet specific eligibility criteria established by the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA).
To be eligible for DDA services in Maryland, an individual must:
Have a developmental disability, defined as a severe, chronic disability that:
Is attributable to a physical or mental impairment (other than the sole diagnosis of mental illness).
Manifests before the age of 22.
Is likely to continue indefinitely.
Results in substantial functional limitations in at least three of the following areas: self-care, receptive and expressive language, learning, mobility, self-direction, capacity for independent living, or economic self-sufficiency.
